Multiple Languages: Optionally, clients may elect to utilize the nCentive™ localization module. This module allows for the creation of content in multiple languages and smart logic will only send messages in the language chosen by the user.
Recurring Emails: Once a newsletter or other type of template has been created, nCentive™ can be configured to automatically manage the email sending process once the updated content has been published into nCentive™.
Email Lists: Member lists are either obtained from other modules, during initial installation or imported from common file formats (CSV, Excel).
Templates: Text and HTML templates are created and easily uploaded into nCentive™ using the secure online interface and the CMS system.
