Inactive Users

The Communications module incorporates built-in tools to identify email addresses and users that have not participated in any offers, have not logged in to the system or seem to have entered an invalid email account. nCentiveā„¢ incorporates rules to remove users or mark them as inactive based on events like multiple bounce backs. As a result, only messages that have a good chance of reaching their destination are sent.
